We have recalculated XP for all our users from Phase 0 and Phase 1 Preseason. The purpose of the recalculation was to maintain fairness by filtering out spammers and bots.

One of the changes we made was to decrease the magnitude of XP. This is purely a visual choice. For example, if you had 90,000 XP in Phase 0, you may have 2,000 XP today.

The rank and percentile numbers are what matter! These values determine where you sit amongst your peers. When it comes time to rewards our users, we will be looking at the rank and percentile of each individual user.

Example: imagine you are taking an exam in school. If you scored 90/100, is that a good score? You only know if it's good by comparing yourself vs. your peers. If everyone scored 95/100, your score is bad. If everyone else scored 80/100, your score is good. Rank and percentile capture this.

Remember, this is only the beginning of rewards. DFlow XP (FKA Phase 0, Phase 1 Preseason, Phase 1) is the revamped long-term DFlow loyalty program.
